Privacy
Your job details stay in your browser.
The planner does not require an account or payment. Customer names, business names, scope notes and prices are entered only if you choose to add them.
Last reviewed: October 13, 2026Job inputs and saved projects
Measurements, customer and business names, business contact details, job location, prices and scope notes are calculated in your browser. The current draft, up to 12 projects, your business name and contact details, and rate cards by fence system can be stored on this device using browser storage. Clearing that storage removes them. Anyone with access to this browser profile may be able to open those projects and rates.
Technical share links
The share action puts fence measurements, connection types, gate widths and material assumptions into the URL fragment. It excludes customer and business names, notes and all prices. The recipient can view the technical plan. Browser fragments are generally not sent in the page request, but links can be saved, copied or exposed by the people who receive them.
Print and download
The customer estimate PDF and post-schedule CSV are generated in your browser and downloaded to your device; the project data is not uploaded for this purpose. Check your browser’s download destination if you are working on a shared device. Review a downloaded estimate before sending it yourself.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics 4 loads only after you choose to allow it. It may use browser identifiers to measure visits and general actions such as starting a job, saving, sharing or downloading. Our events exclude job measurements, material quantities, prices, names, addresses, notes and URL fragments. We do not use analytics acceptance as evidence that someone is a contractor or would pay for the tool.
Field feedback
The feedback link opens a draft in your own email app addressed to admin@virtualpersonastudios.com. It does not attach your plan or send anything automatically. Only the message you choose to send leaves your device; avoid customer names, addresses and private price lists.
